Sugar Free Rice Pudding Recipe

Sugar free rice pudding for my Grandmother.

Sugar free rice pudding is the latest simple recipe that I have made this week.
I have made this rice pudding, especially for my grandmother because she is a diabetics patient.
The doctor advised my grandmother not to consume sugar oriented products and also added that it would cause damage to her health.

I was worried about this health problem and started preparing the sugarless recipe instantly to her, and I got the blessing from my grandmother.
The sugar is the tasty one that is mostly liked by everyone on this planet, but it is not suitable for the diabetes patients.
To achieve the sweet taste I have used a particular ingredient named Sugar-Free Natura.
Sugar-Free Natura is the substitute for sugar that will make the real artificial sweetness in the recipe. This part helped me to prepare a simple dish without any effort. The sugar-free rice pudding is very healthy too.

Sugar free Natura reduces calories in the recipe and makes a balanced diet food in a healthy way. Thus, Sugar free Natura makes my day bright while serving the dish to my family members.

Method for Rice Pudding:

  1. At first take the cooked rice in a bowl and mix the Sugar Free Natura.
  2. Then stir the things in the bowl with the addition of the beaten eggs, milk, and lemon zest.
  3. Allow the things to set free for 2 minutes after the stirring process.
  4. Now add the cinnamon powder and vanilla essence gradually into the recipe. Mix the things carefully and pour it into a baking dish.
  5. Place the dish in a huge baking pan containing water.
  6. Bake the recipe for at least 50 minutes inside the oven. (suggested temperature-350 degrees)
  7. To check the status of the recipe, slice the pudding with a knife. If the knife can cut the dessert without any sticky particle, then the pudding is ready to serve.
(If it was not prepared, then allow the dish to be inside the oven for extra 5 minutes)
  8. Finally, serve the recipe with cashew nut decoration and spread the love.
(Also whipped creams can be used for decoration process in this dish).
You can also use coconut milk instead of using ordinary milk.
I have done this recipe and served it sweetly to my grandmother.
This cooking method made a smooth start in my life.

I hope this simple dynamic dish would make the readers follow the recipe during their free time.
