         HOW TO UPDATE NEW VERSION OF ANDROID LOLLIPOP TO MOTO G PHONES

MOTO G update to Lollipop

                Motorola Launched an  Android Lollipop  Android 5 update to all Moto G phones in India on Friday. This  update gives an  Moto G users for the new interface and new features and lot of more. So,  we can see how can you update the moto G phone to the Android Lollipop?

 The following steps show  to update your mobile ...

1) For Moto G (2nd gen) aka Moto G launched in 2014 last year.

2) You will see a notification for the system update on your phone notification. Tap on the notification and follow the process.

3) If you didnot get the notification Go to Settings . 

4) Click on About Phone in the setting .

5) Click on System Update on it.

6) Click on check for updates on it.

7) The phone will check for the update now . Mostly the Lollipop update will be available. Though if it is not  check again in a few hours it because. Motorola is rolling out the update in phases.

8) If the update is available download it  from the notification and then install it. Follow the instructions below it.

For Moto G (1st gen) aka Moto G launched in 2013

Update Completed!!

 Make sure you have Motorola Update Services installed on your phone. If not installed it from click the link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.motorola.ccc.ota&hl=en

9) Motorola Update Services is updated to the latest version. You can check it by going into the Play store from your mobile.

10) If the Motorola Update Services is updated to the latest version you would get an  notification for the Android Lollipop update 5.

11) If you did not get the notification Go to the Settings . 

12) In Settings Go to the About Phone and then tap on System Updates then you will be update successfully .

              Then you can enjoy new version of android lollipop om your MOTO G.......
